Dinner for Eight
Monthly Gatherings February to May
Dinner for Eight is a warm and welcoming way for adults in our church family to connect, build meaningful relationships, and grow in community over a simple shared meal. It’s about breaking bread together, deepening friendships, and creating new ones beyond Sunday mornings.
Each Dinner for Eight group is made up of eight adults — singles and couples alike — who commit to gathering for a casual dinner (or another meal) in someone’s home or a chosen location. As a group, you’ll decide what to bring and when to meet, making each gathering a unique opportunity for fellowship, conversation, and encouragement.
Whether you’re new to our church or have been part of the family for years, Dinner for Eight provides a relaxed, hospitable environment to get to know others, share life, and experience Christian community in a deeper way.
How it Works
Participants register as an individual or couple.
Groups of eight are thoughtfully formed and a host is selected.
Your host will coordinate the date, location, and what each person will bring.
Families and individuals of all stages of life are welcome — the focus is fellowship, not formality.
We hope Dinner for Eight helps you grow in friendship, faith, and connection as we live out “love one another” around the table.
